Welcome to the Association of Coaches (AOC), where passionate and dedicated coaches come together to nurture the art and science of coaching. The Association of Mumbai Coaches (as it was known then) was formed in 2012 and has evolved into a thriving community of over 100 practicing and aspiring coaches today.

Our journey began in 2012 when a small group of approximately 20 enterprising coaches united with a common vision: to cultivate coaching as a practice in Mumbai. In those early days, coaching in India was still in its infancy, and most coaches had obtained their certifications only a year or two prior. Fast forward to 2022, AOC stands as a Mumbai-based community of 100+ coaches, a vibrant tapestry of seasoned professionals and those exploring the coaching world. We gather regularly to share knowledge, industry trends and explore business and networking opportunities. AOC provides a forum which fosters learning, growth and collaboration in a fun environment.

We warmly welcome anyone with a passion for coaching and cherish the fresh perspectives this inclusivity brings to our community. Our uniqueness lies in embracing coaches or those aspiring to be one from all domains, irrespective of their certification status or coaching focus areas.
