About The Speaker
Rahul Baswani is the Exclusive Partner of Lumina Learning UK in South Asia and is developing the community and brand across South Asia. Lumina Learning India provides Executive Coaching, Leadership development and talent assessment solutions.
He launched Hogan Assessments in India and built the brand over 5 years. As a Psychometric expert he has run nearly 100 certification workshops and provided feedback to over 2000 Assessment takers. He is a certified trainer for ‘Influence Edge’ developed by Vengel Consulting Group, USA. Rahul holds Train the Trainer facilitation license with Langevine Inc.
About The Event
He has spoken at several leadership events on the topic of Leadership & Personality. He has been faculty on Pakistan Society of HR Leadership journey, and also was a speaker at their premier conference CONNEX. Rahul is an internationally trained Executive Coach. He holds PCC certification with Erickson College, Canada, ICT Programme from Results Coaching Systems, Australia and is a licensed facilitator for CCU Coaching Skills Clinic for Managers. He is the Founder President of NCR Delhi Chapter of International Coach Federation.
Rahul has worked as an Executive Coach for many business leaders across industries including media, IT, Financial service, NGOs. He has also mentored many coaches in their Coach journey. As certified Forum facilitator for the world’s premier leadership CEO organization, YPO he conducted Forum and Moderator training for YPO members. He has run over 100 training sessions using this peer coaching methodology. Rahul spent 12 years with Young Presidents’ Organization as Regional Director Asia Pacific, Australia. He set up of 10 YPO chapters across South Asia and Middle East & North Africa.
Rahul holds an MBA from Australia’s Monash University and worked in Advertising (Contract Advertising) and Marketing (Usha International Ltd.) prior to joining YPO. He is a master certified hypno-therapist and holds Clinical Counselling certification from California Hypnosis Institute, USA. He is an art collector and an artist with 2 solo shows in India and Korea. He is married to Manisha Gera Baswani, a leading contemporary Indian artist. Rahul is father to Aamer and Angad.
